    After getting multiple quotes to finish our basement, we decided to go with Coastline Property Renovations. We had a completely unfinished rough basement that we needed transformed into a useable space. Coastline took the time to talk about our needs, concerns, and budget. The owner, Jason, helped us every step of the way and talked us through everything we needed to know, based on his experience. We were extremely satisfied with the end result of the project and love our remodeled basement. Their quality of work is top notch and I found them to be meticulous about even the smallest of details. I would absolutely hire Coastline for future renovations, and I recommend them to others.

They completely revitalized our back porch and bulkhead access, rebuilding the staircase and railings, replacing the back door, and installing new screens and windows. They also added insulation to help retain heat, installed exterior lattice, and matched and installed siding underneath the windows—all with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Throughout the project, the team was incredibly professional, communicative, and reliable. They worked through some tough weather conditions without letting it slow them down, and they were meticulous about keeping the site clean—not just at the end of the project, but at the close of every workday.
